All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor. After you click Submit Order on the Review and Submit Your Order page, your order begins processing immediately.
LabEquipmentDepot.com strictly adheres to the following cancellation policy:
- If you would like to cancel the order, please call or contact us via email and include the Order Confirmation Number and reason for cancellation. Lab Equipment Depot is unable to cancel orders once processed and/or shipped. Please note that orders for special, built-to-order items cannot be canceled once they are processed.
- If the order is not processed yet, your order will be canceled and you will receive the Order Cancellation email.
- If your order has already been shipped, please request RMA number following our return policy once the package is delivered. Please make sure not to refuse the package at time of delivery. If you refuse delivery instead of requesting an RMA and following our return policy, the shipment will be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.
- We do our best to ship your orders the soonest possible. We provide expected processing time on every product that we sell.
If your order has been already shipped or sent to production, we are unable to cancel it.
Customer is responsible to cover return shipping cost and restocking fee, if applicable.
